As 2021 continues to be a challenging year for many during the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, we would like to reiterate our continued support for your health during these challenging times.

Following the latest Government relaxation of restrictions we are pleased to announce, the opening of our reception area and all our services remain open in full.

We will continue our Coronavirus and general cleaning procedures and hand hygiene as appropriate. Our waiting area is now open with good ventilation from the open door and windows. Although you are still welcome to wait outside or in vehicles if you would prefer.

Face masks will be optional in the waiting area, although we ask all clients to be respectful to others in close proximity.

You may still be asked to wear face masks in the therapy rooms during your visit, too which you must comply or the session may be cancelled. This can be discussed at the start of each session with your therapist.

Maintaining your health, keeping fit and active is one of the keyways of protecting yourself against the more severe symptoms of COVID-19, therefore let us help you do this.

CORONAVIRUS CLIENT PROCEDURES

  • Please do not book or come to a session if you or anyone else in your household, have or have had in the last 14 days coronavirus related symptoms. If you are unsure ring us in advance.
  • Please continue to attend your appointment on your own where possible.
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided for you. However, if you have your own please use it. Please bring your own mask in case it is required.
  • All our equipment will be wiped down with appropriate sanitizing wipes between users.
  • In some instances our staff will wear masks, and we ask each client to match them.
  • Please be prepared to pay by card or bacs payment. Cash will not be accepted at this time.
  • If you are unhappy with our procedures at any time or have any questions feel free to discuss this with any of us at any time. We are doing our best to help our clients through this challenging time.
