Having experienced how effective Bowen Therapy is for musculoskeletal and/or related neurological problems she qualified with the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia in 2015 and established a clinic in Dunmow where she now specialises in The Bowen Technique for humans and canines.
Catherine is dedicated to providing a natural form of pain relief by working on the body as a whole and addressing the cause as well as the symptoms.
She has since qualified with the European Guild of Canine Bowen Therapists in 2017 and in 2019 completed her advanced and master courses in Specialised Procedures with the Bowen Association UK. As well as undertaking many workshops to further develop her skills, she has also trained with the well-respected Australian, Graham Pennington of Bowen Seminars, expert and author of The Importance of Symmetry.
Catherine has a life-long interest in mental health and nutrition and is currently training with the Andrew Parr Academy for professional hypnotherapists and has also signed up to the University of Winchester on a Plant-based Nutrition course. She is looking forward to introducing these additional elements into her clinic at the end of this year believing they will enable her to truly treat her clients holistically.
