POLLY BLOOM
Clinical Hypnotherapist & Divorce Coach
In her work with clients, Paula provides a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where individuals can talk openly about their thoughts, feelings and experiences without fear of criticism or judgement. She believes that when people feel heard and understood, they are better able to reconnect with their inner strength and begin creating meaningful, positive change in their lives.

Paula is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP-based Divorce & Relationship Coach who supports individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, fears and major life transitions. Her work focuses on helping clients calm an overwhelmed nervous system, process difficult experiences and regain a sense of clarity, balance and control.
Using an integrative therapeutic approach, Paula combines clinical hypnotherapy with Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help clients address challenges at both the conscious and subconscious level. These approaches can help individuals process difficult experiences, release unhelpful patterns of thinking, and develop healthier responses to life’s challenges.
Hypnotherapy can be particularly effective in calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety, and helping individuals overcome fears and phobias so they can move forward with greater confidence and emotional balance.
Alongside her hypnotherapy work, Paula has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating relationship difficulties, separation and divorce, helping them manage overwhelming emotions and gain clarity during what can often be one of life’s most challenging transitions.
Areas Paula can help with include:
- Anxiety and persistent worry
- Stress management and nervous system regulation
- Fears and phobias
- Trauma and distressing memories using Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
