The Social Brain

At Shepherds’ Health we understand that our brains benefit from social interaction.

Positive social interaction experiences make us feel good. Negative social interaction experiences make us feel bad. They can also trigger the brain to produce a pain response. This can be in many forms, such as headaches, shoulder tension or back pain. These are all things we factor in when assessing and treating our clients.
