Our clients Running Lab package consists of 4 sessions of 45 minutes with one of our highly trained Strength & Conditioning Coaches.

Running Lab Package – 4 Sessions

Session 1: Initial Assessment

  • Discuss your current injury or running goal
  • Assess lower back and lower limb strength and flexibility
  • Formulate a tailored strength and conditioning programme completely unique to you

Session 2: Training Analysis

  • Discuss your current training and future goals
  • Analyse current training regime (we can use your Strava or Map My Run data to help!)
  • Adjust your training programme as necessary

Session 3: Running Gait Analysis

  • Undertake video analysis of running gait on our treadmill or outside
  • Discuss running style and suitable changes to technique
  • Re-analyse running gait
  • Make any amendments to your strength and conditioning exercise programme as necessary

Session 4: Review

  • Analyse performance progression
  • Adjust your training programme and running style as necessary
