Our clients Running Lab package consists of 4 sessions of 45 minutes with one of our highly trained Strength & Conditioning Coaches.

Running Lab Package – 4 Sessions
Session 1: Initial Assessment
- Discuss your current injury or running goal
- Assess lower back and lower limb strength and flexibility
- Formulate a tailored strength and conditioning programme completely unique to you
Session 2: Training Analysis
- Discuss your current training and future goals
- Analyse current training regime (we can use your Strava or Map My Run data to help!)
- Adjust your training programme as necessary
Session 3: Running Gait Analysis
- Undertake video analysis of running gait on our treadmill or outside
- Discuss running style and suitable changes to technique
- Re-analyse running gait
- Make any amendments to your strength and conditioning exercise programme as necessary
Session 4: Review
- Analyse performance progression
- Adjust your training programme and running style as necessary
