When you come for treatment at Shepherds’ Health, your treatment and care plan doesn’t stop when your appointment time is up.
We have developed a personalised Patient Portal so that you can access your exercise plan via our Smart App from any Smart device. Your bespoke exercise programme is created by your lead consultant and logged in your patient notes onto our system. You are given your own personal login so you can access your exercise plan from anywhere and anytime, you just need Wi-Fi and a suitable space to start your exercise programme (if you have already signed up then you can also access your account below).
