This package is designed for anyone looking to make a healthy change to their lives and lose unwanted weight. No matter what level of ability you are, our 12-week nutrition package can help you to transform your body composition.

We believe in creating a balanced lifestyle that allows you to incorporate training and healthy eating into your life, to create sustainable results. There are no gimmicks here, we won’t put you on a fad diet, that gets quick results, we will give you the tools to understanding how to train, and how to eat to reach your body composition goals. Our clients 12-week body composition package consists of an hour-long consultation, 12 strength and conditioning sessions of 60 minutes with one of our highly trained Strength & Conditioning Coaches. An individualised nutritional pack giving you all the information needed to reach your specific goals. In addition to this you will have regular reviews in person or on Zoom to check your progress, and to make any necessary adjustments to your plan to keep you on track and moving forward.
The package you choose (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) will dictate the price and amount of sessions that you have in person.

  • This session will be all about teaching you the correct techniques needed to adhere to your resistance training plan.

Sessions 4/8/12:  Review
  • Discuss your progress
  • Discuss your current adherence to the plan and any limitations that have been encountered along the way
