JULIE BETTS

B.Sc.(Hons) Acu, Lic.Ac, Dip. Tui Na, MBAC

I started my initial training in Chinese Medicine in 2008 at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and went on to complete my degree in Acupuncture at the College Of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading.

Julie Betts

During this time I studied both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture. Prior to this I taught for many years in secondary schools in East London and still retain my interest in teaching. Alongside practising in my own clinic I have worked as a Clinical Supervisor for The Acupuncture Academy. I also assist The College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in marking students’ work as they embark on their journey into Acupuncture.

I have a passion for Chinese Medicine and the holistic way it enables me to help people deal with health difficulties and the stresses and strains of modern living. There is always something new to be learned and I continually embark on additional training.

I commonly treat

  • Arthritic conditions
  • Musculoskeletal injuries
  • Chronic pain and illness
  • Digestive problems
  • Stress management
  • Anxiety, depression
  • Infertility & gynaecology problems
  • Headache/migraine
  • Menopausal issues

As a member of The British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) you can be confident that all treatment is provided in a professional manner according to BAcC  codes of practice.
